We are not responsible for last, stolen, or packages shipped to the wrong address. At checkout, please be sure to use the correct shipping address. If USPS is unable to deliver, please contact your local postal service to arrange to pick up or delivery. If the package is stolen, please contact USPS to file a claim.

What are the shipping options?

First class USPS 3-5 business days in the United States.

  • 2 Business Day Priority USPS packages require 12-24 hours to package. Please note USPS does not guarantee 2 business day. We are not responsible for 2 business day priority packages that do not arrive in 2 business days.
  • 1 Business Day Priority Express USPS packages require 12-24 hours to package. Please note USPS does not guarantee 1 business day. We are not responsible for 1 business day priority packages that do not arrive in 2 days.

When will my order ship?

All orders placed after 7am CST, ship next business day. As soon as the order ships you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.

Please note all orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day.

We ship all orders via USPS.

After a package has been marked as DELIVERED and if the package can not be located, we require a 24-36 hour wait time to ensure USPS will not make another attempt for delivery.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email info@krakencbdoil.com as soon as possible.

Due to our fast turn around time, incorrect address information needs to be submitted within 10 minutes of placing the order.

We are not responsible for packages shipped to the incorrect address entered by the customer. If address entered is incorrect and the package has left our facility, it is suggested to contact your local USPS office to locate or visit www.usps.com We will not re-ship an order due to incorrect address entered by the customer.

What if my order is marked delivered but is nowhere to be found?

If your order has been marked as DELIVERED by USPS and is nowhere to be found, please email info@krakencbdoil.com as soon as possible.
